DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

The Devil's River is a small out-of-the-way river and we do not expect and rarely have last-minute requests for reservations.

A minimum of $400 from each client is needed to secure the week of fishing.  The $400 is non-refundable due to having to pay and secure lodging and river access fees and other expenses.  The $400 will be applied to the total overall cost of the trip. The remainder of the deposit, if any,  is (1) not refundable unless that space can be refilled and (2) assignable to another person or transferable to any other open date within that season. Final payment is due at the time of departure.

The difference of your deposit will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received thirty days prior to arrival.

We offer two options for our clients in making the minimum payment.
