DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

The Devil's River is a small out-of-the-way river and we do not expect and rarely have last-minute requests for reservations.

A $400 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation.  Due to reservations in lodging and access fees, $400 from each client is non-refundable.  The remainder of the deposit  is (1) not refundable unless that space can be refilled and (2) assignable to another person or transferable to any other open date within that season. Final payment is due at the time of departure.

The difference of your deposit will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received thirty days prior to arrival.

SEVERE WEATHER (WIND/RAIN/FLOODING) CONTINGENCY PLANS

We pride ourselves on our contingency plans.

We will not be on the river during severe weather or if imminent severe weather threatens.

We can offer three day trips on any one of several rivers with varying degrees of comfort.

We can base ourselves out of any number of bed and breakfasts/hotels/motels throughout the hill country.

Prices for contingency trips will not increase.
